1. Dispatch & Delivery:

All orders undergo a strict quality check before being dispatched within 24-48 hours.

2. Timeline:

Standard delivery across Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days. Please note that during sales or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Acceptance of Parcel:

Customers are advised to ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel. Delivery riders will make limited attempts before returning the parcel to our warehouse.

5. Accuracy of Information:

It is the customer's legal responsibility to provide a 100% accurate shipping address and an active contact number. Any delivery failure, return-to-sender, or loss due to incorrect details provided by the customer will NOT be compensated by us.
